Better Factories Cambodia (BFC) is a programme of the International Labour Organization that works to improve
garment and footwear factory conditions and advance workers’ welfare.
The focus is on scalable and sustainable solutions which build cooperation between government, employers’
and workers’ organizations, and international buyers.
The program has three components:
1. Enterprise assessments on (a) the principles of the ILO Declaration core international labor standards
and Cambodian labor law, and (b) quality and productivity;
2. Enterprise advisory and training services designed to support practical improvements; and
3. Stakeholder engagement and sustainability.

The project is looking for Enterprise Assessor /Advisors who are passionate about improving working conditions
in Cambodia’s garment and footwear factories. This work will suit a motivated candidate with established skills in
the required areas and a willingness to learn new skills and take on increasing responsibility as the project evolves.
