Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be friendly when greeting and welcoming to students and customers ;
  • Provides accurate information regarding study courses to students and/or customers;
  • Collects all customer payments;
  • Prepares a daily report for school management;
  • Must be good at answering the phone and be flexible;
  • Attends all school activities assigned by the Vice Principal, the School Principal or the Superintendent. – Be friendly when greeting and welcoming to students and customers;

Qualification & Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Proven ability to speak fluent and excellent english
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service in all activities
  • Possess good self-organizational skills and able to manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of accounts is an advantage.
  • Able to use computer software such as word, Excel and Powerpoint
