Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing Admin policies
- Deal on demands, complains, and other issues of staff/ employees
- Manage and check the staff attendance based on Finger print records
- Manage overtime staff records
- Retain talent and good environment for staff/ employees
- Develop and monitor overall Admin strategies
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program for the School
- Assess training of staff and prepare training plan for employees
- Perform other tasks assigned by school management
Qualification & Requirements
- Working experience in Admin field at school preferable
- Degree in Human Resources or business administration
- Having knowledge of Cambodian labor law and HR best practices
- Knowledge on Admin and Human Resource systems
- Leadership skills/ problems solving skill/ strong in working under pressure
- Have listening skill, and presentation skills
