Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced admin manager. No prior knowledge in this area is needed but willingness to learn is required.

  • Manage overall administration works including all expenses (eg. office phone, Internet, electricity and water bill, etc)
  • Arrange, coordinate and participate in meetings.
  • Ensure all staff records are up to date.
  • Work with the management team to manage general accounting.
  • Receive and make calls from office as needed.
  • Work with the General Manager to manage projects

Qualification & Requirements

  • No prior knowledge in this area is required but willing to learn new stuff as needed
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Accounting is preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in specified position
  • Excellent general communication skills (including Khmer and English)
  • Ability to be on time, and flexible depending on situations.
  • Good attitude, hardworking, honesty, and self-motivation.
  • Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office
