Job Description
The Project Administrator shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Provide a comprehensive secretarial & administrative service to Project Department & to assist in pursing project business objectives. The successful applicant will provide full administrative support to the Project Team. The position will require a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with diary management
  • Assist to file & maintain filing system following corporate standard
  • Assist on database management and maintenance
  • Receive incoming mail/documents and logging in all correspondence into project log, Re-route correspondence to appropriate section
  • Receive outgoing mail/documents and logging in all correspondence into project log, Re-route correspondence to appropriate section
  • Type correspondence, minutes, procedures, presentations, reports, documents etc where terms may be technical or complex; adjust spelling, punctuation, and grammar as appropriate
  • Combine material from several sources to produce reports and distribute as required
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets
  • Prepare graphical material for presentations including slide shows
  • Be central point of contact for all visitors to project
  • Coordination Work: includes coordination between project teams and the management
  • Assist to manage the projects’ confidential assignments
  • Assist to do up action list according to the instruction
  • Assist to liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • Assist to liaise with government & other authorities
  • Any other duties that may be reasonably requested by your manager

Qualification & Requirements

  • A recognized Certificate/Diploma/Degree in a relevant field;
  • Minimum 1 year administrative / organizational skills
  • Good computer literacy (MS Projects, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent Prioritization & organizational skill
  • Prior experience in managing legal documents is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken; English, Khmer, or other language
  • Must be flexible, adaptable approach to work and able to work on own initiative
  • Attention to detail & numerate
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Bright, confident personality and well presented
  • Able to communicate effectively with senior managers, staff and Customers
  • Confidentiality and discretion
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assertiveness
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational skills
  • Has experience in dealing with crisis management
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Have healthy lifestyle, and can properly deal with work pressure
  • High ethics, morals, and professional standards; maintain confidentiality standards; good social behavior neat appearance; must have an attention for details; common sense and good judgment; and a problem solver
