Call Center/ Customer Service (5 Positions) 3 views

Duties & Responsibilities
Call Service:

  • Receive and answer phone calling of any customers
  • Provide information service to customers or new venders
  • Inform information from customers to sales department manager

Marketing Research:

  • Find the basic information of business related
  • Issue quotation to customers and information update
  • Support logistic and purchasing manger
  • Others tasks assigned by supervision.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or related fields
  • At least 1-year experiences in market research or sales & marketing
  • Have a good interpersonal skill, hardworking, and honesty
  • Having a good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational and influencing skills
  • Able to use in both written and spoken English is a plus
  • Computer in Microsoft office, Internet, E-mail & Outlook
