Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet customer, visitors and guests as they enter into CCC.
  • Dealing with customer check in/out process
  • Provide information on services of the company
  • Answer inquiries regarding services and availability of the person asked for
  • Answer telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate person
  • Update visitors’ records
  • Perform filing activities
  • Keep work area clean and tidy on a constant basis
  • Assist in resolving clients’ issues and complaints

Qualification & Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills
  • A friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Able to use computer program like MS Word, Excel, Internet, E-mail and so on
  • Good command of English for both writing and speaking
