Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist to help a large number of incoming calls and emails
- Handle to managing customers’ accounts
- Control to keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken from time to time.
- Assist to generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by line manager.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Public Administration, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or relevant required.
- At least 1-year experience in Customer Service function or relevant experience.
- Proficiency Chinese a must (Fluent speaking, writing reading).
- Being friendly, convincing, patient, flexible, disciplinary, well behaved and smartly dressed and possessing good interpersonal skills.
- Good command of computer (Internet, Email, Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Self-motivated/ patient and commits to company’s mission, vision and core values.
