Customer Relation Officer 7 views

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily update customer feedback into system
  • Daily call to customer to seek for their feedback/complaint/inquiry with soft and proper manner
  • Be able to respond to customer properly once complain exist
  • Be able to identify customer’s concern and need
  • Ensure to finish daily and weekly report customer feedback to leader and manager
  • Follow up with dealer for checking the root cause of customer feedback/complain and pending issue
  • Request and control on staff amenity and stationery
  • Do general admin task in division (payment, travel, report…)
  • Other task assign by leader and manager

Qualification & Requirements

  • University degree in administration or other related fields (At least year 3)
  • Having an experience of call center or customer service is preferable
  • Excellent knowledge of communication skill
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Good comment in English for Speaking, Writing, and Listening
  • Knowledge of Computer (Work, Excel, and Power point)
  • Honest, respect, flexible, responsible, hardworking, able to work under pressure
