Duties & Responsibilities

  • Open new account, debit card, credit card, visa business card, internet/mobile banking
  • Issue cheque books, credit card pin changed, print monthly statement of account holder when requested
  • Promote bank products and services, identify customer needs and refer customers to appropriate banking services and representatives
  • Update customer details such as address, telephone number and name -etc
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualification & Requirements

  • University degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, English, Accounting or equivalent
  • Knowledge of banking operations
  • Fresh graduates and female candidates are encouraged to apply
  • A good team player with good interpersonal skill
  • Possess a positive attitude, mature, highly initiative and a self-starter
  • Be well presented with a professional manner and honest personality
  • Willing to accept new challenge
  • Ability to communicate well in English, knowledge of Mandarin Chinese will be an advantage
