Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers when customers enter to office
  • Provide company related information and guide customers to the relevant offices and inform to direct supervisor for any problem
  • Receive and keep all document and pass it to related department
  • Answer customer phone call and make an outgoing call based on request from colleagues
  • Booking car, meeting room, and a VIP room for other department
  • Other work assigned by Head of human resource and administration

Qualification & Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education / Experience
    -Fresh graduated student
  • Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
    -Honest, friendly and hardworking
    -Patience and the ability to explain thing clearly
    -Can communication in English (Knowing Chinese is priority)
