Duties & Responsibilities

  • Setting daily activity and budget plan for service advisors
  • Monitoring daily activity for services advisors
  • Summarizing quotations and lost sales record and report to manager
  • Summarizing daily, weekly and monthly sale report and submit to manager
  • Managing daily parts stock order replenishment
  • Monitoring 5S (Safety) in entire office and customers lounge
  • Organizing parts inventory stock and other stock such as stationary, company’s property stock etc.
  • Conducting daily meeting with service advisors to share pending issue and new activity
  • Handling initial customers complain before seeking support from manager
  • Other jobs as assigned by manager

Qualification & Requirements

  • University degree in General Management or other related fields
  • At least 3 years of progression experiences in the related field
  • Proven problem-solving experience in frontline operation
  • Good knowledge of communication and administration skills
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Strong supervisory skills and initiative in work
  • Strong time management and commitment

Working Hour

  • Full Time
