Customer Service Supervisor (Chinese Speaking) 9 views

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department
  • Provide the support to customers that using your organization’s products and services
  • Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face
  • Deal with customers’ problems and investigating on some matter which may be complex or long-standing, that have been passed on by customer service assistants
  • Handle and implement on customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a customer being taken
  • Control on issuing refunds and compensation to customers
  • Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service for organization
  • Manage customer information on company’s service such as computer packages and software
  • Develop and implement on feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
  • In charge in staff training to deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Study on organization’s products or services and keeping up to date with changes
  • Manage customer service department budget.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in a customer service position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with both Khmer, English and Chinese speaking a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Good computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
