Duties & Responsibilities

  • Sending indication report to customers
  • Communicating with customers for information to complete indication cases
  • Solving doubts and concerns of customers
  • Communicating with indication team and follow-up to maintain SLA
  • Contributing in standardizing the working process of the company
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by Central Support Manager and Team Leader

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree/High Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or other related field
  • At least 1-year experience in Customer Service function
  • Ability to articulate and simplify customer issues and solution
  • Good spoken and written Khmer/English,
  • Be computer literate especially in Microsoft Office
