Duties & Responsibilities

  • Settle consumer’s concern/complain promptly and effectively
  • Provide information about the products, service and other information as needed to the consumer
  • Check issue on product to customers
  • Receive information from the customer and working with other department to get the solution to the customers
  • Follow up and ensure each customer queries are well handle
  • Daily/weekly report to CS team leader/Supervisor
  • Other tasks assigned by Supervisor or managers

Qualification & Requirements

  • Graduated Bachelor Degree of Marketing or IT
  • Good communication or persuading skills
  • Basic knowledge of Hardware
  • Problem solving skill
  • Self-reliant and hardworking
  • High level of motivation
  • High Level of English proficiency
