Front Office Supervisor 6 views

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the Reception counter with tact and diplomacy
  • Ensure all operations at the Reception Counter runs smoothly
  • Works within the allocated budget for the front office, checks cashiers In& Out and verifies banks and deposits at the end of each shift
  • Enforces all cash-handling check-cashing, and credit policies
  • Assist in supervising, motivates and control of Reception staff
  • Liaise with Reservations regarding bookings and problems during check-in
  • Handling of Cash advance or deposit by guest upon check-in
  • To improve on guest service standards
  • Ensure all registration cards are completely filled up
  • Keep strict control on the operation of the computer system and its peripherals
  • Instruct, direct and train Receptionists in the operation of the computer system

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor in Management Hospitality, Business Administration or related business filed
  • At least 3 year of working experience as Front office Supervisor
  • Able to work under pressure and good in managing team
  • Well organized with systematic and able to prioritize effectively
