General Administration (2 Positions) 6 views

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure office environment and building are in well-maintenance by following policies and procedures
  • Keep up to date Policy and Standard Operations Procedure of General Administration
  • Manage and control all inventory, stationary, Fixed asset and Non-Fixed asset
  • Do research on competitive price of office supplies and equipment
  • Prepare internal voucher and process the payment to vendors
  • Negotiate and maintain all contacts vendors
  • Ensure domestic and international travel are well arranged

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1-year experience in related function of administration
  • Good knowledge of Office Management and Construction Engineering is a plus
  • Good communicate in English both speaking and writing, proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
  • Excellent time management skill, organizational skill, and task oriented
  • Honesty, hardworking and ability to work in multi tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point) and Email
