Duties & Responsibilities
- To lead, direct and motivate the sale team in order to archive the overall sale objectives and target either internal or external customers.
- To direct and supervise sales team activities.
- To prepare strategy to develop sales volume.
- To do a product explanation or introduction to new team and customer.
- To be responsible for clearing the stock in warehouse to ensure all products are sold.
- To prepare daily report (Customer negotiation progress) and send to GM every day.
- To prepare weekly & monthly report with ongoing deal potential customer report and send to GM every week and month.
- To manger sales team performance and evaluation.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sale & Marketing
- Have at least 5 years of experience
- Have good record in team leading
- Have good communication in English & Chinese is plus.
