Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support administration tasks in department
  • Assist in recruitment process
  • Record staff attendant, staff leave,
  • Prepare document for submit National socail Security fund
  • Prepare new staff documents,
  • Check on Attrndance of staff office
  • Assist to HR manager
  • Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or equivalent;
  • Have at least 1 of experience in HR & Admin.
  • Have good knowledge of labor law, recruitment, compensation and compliance;
  • Have good communication skills and be able to involve with problem solving;

– Benefit:
– Insurance : National Social Security Fund
– Working hour (8:00am-5:00pm)
– Working day (6 Day Per week)
– Day off 1 day
– Public Holiday.
