Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist HR Manager
- Daily fingerprint report for all staffs and teacher
- Daily check leave form and log list
- Prepare letter of employment for foreign teachers
- Daily maintain staff’s profile.
- Prepare payroll
- Perform other required tasks
Qualification & Requirements
- Working experience in HR field at school preferable
- Degree in Human Resources or business administration
- Having knowledge of Cambodian labor law and HR best practices
- Knowledge on Human Resource systems
- Leadership skills/ problems solving skill/ strong in working under pressure
- Have listening skill, and presentation skills
