Duties & Responsibilities

  • Human Resource
    – Initiates, develops and guides the implementation of HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives
    – Ensure that every aspect of human resources incorporate the vision, values, and culture of the organization
    – Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company
    – Overall talent management strategy including workforce planning; recruiting; hiring; training and development; performance planning, management and succession planning
    – Oversees the organization of the HR Division and lead the improvement of HR processes in order to strengthen the effectiveness of the services delivered to all stakeholders
    – Oversees the development of HR policies by ensuring its alignment to the best interests of the company and employee
    – Develop salary range by conducting wage surveys within labor market and conducting job evaluations; and implementing pay structure revisions
    – Provide consultation to the manager related to employee relations issues, and managing all disciplinary issues within the company
    – Maintain historical human resource and company records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
    – Manage and advise the whole recruitment and selection process and line-manager for the workforce planning
    – Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
    – Oversee and manage yearly performance appraisal that drives high performance
    – Review employee benefits programs across the organization
    – Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
    – Deal with Labor Inspector regarding labor law compliance
    – Conduct employee orientation and training programs
    – Develop company regulation, policy, and procedure
  • Administration
    – Manage hygiene of the company through supervising cleaners to clean all areas in the company premise
    – Monitor the vehicles and motorbike of company to make sure all of them are in good condition
    – Accurately and effectively manage on petty cash expense of Head Office and all projects
    – Effectively manage on weekly worker wage expense and process and payment process
    – Work with Ministry of Labor to request for quota of usage of foreign employees
    – Manage fixed asset and office management
    – Other tasks assigned by direct manager.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Master/Bachelor degree in human resource, business administration or related field
  • Experience in HR policies, practices and procedures good knowledge of labor law
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Optional), MS Office and presentation skills
  • Experience in conducting management and other training program
  • Has a good team, good attitude and inter-personal skills
  • Has a good creative, initiative and good at multitasking
  • Great in judgment and good at problem solving
  • Strong Management and leadership skills.
