Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage on digital product profitability and growth
- Develop value proposition for various customer segments
- Launch of e-initiative thereby strengthening Sathapana Bank positioning in technology space
- Prepare formulate, recommend and present committee submission
- Monitor and review on digital product performance and recommend improvements
- Manage and co-ordinate on report requirement of digital banking products/services for regulators, management, branches and relevant business team
- Follow up the competitor’s activities to ensure ongoing competitive service in the market
- Make sure all digital productivities are properly documented and maintained
- Other tasks assigned by Head Department Design and develop training program and material on regulations related to Financial Institution and AML/CFT
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economic, Management and other related degrees
- At least 3 years of working experience in banking or related fields
- Sound of knowledge in Digital Banking Service within financial institution
- Ability to do multi task and strong organization skills
- Good Communication skill and be a team player
- Good at English and Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
