Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize Partner’s schedules, meetings (agenda, minutes taking and logistic arrangement);
  • Assist or represent Partner in meetings (internally or externally) and at networking events as instructed;
  • Produce or prepare documents, reports, presentations, briefings, and executive summaries as assigned;
  • Communicate and liaise with clients, authorities, public and other members of the Firm on behalf of the
    Partner and/or under the supervision of the Partner;
  • Answer, screen enquiries and correspondence as assigned (respond emails; letter to clients, business partners, etc.);
  • Answer and screen incoming calls on behalf of the Partner;
  • Arrange paper work and translation as required, and effective internal working flow;
  • Schedule appointments/meetings/conference calls and provide support as necessary;
  • Set up and maintain an effective filing system for or as instructed by the Partner;
  • Organize, coordinate and provide support to team building activities and promote positive relationship among teams, especially those under the supervision of the Partner;
  • Attend to travel arrangements (visa, accommodation and other logistic supports;
  • Stay up to date of the firm’s development and team’s working tools and best practices;

Qualification & Requirements

  • Education
    – Holds an undergraduate degree in any field, preferably in administration;
    – Other academic qualifications in English and related field would be an added advantage.
  • Experiences
    – At least one (1) year of relevant professional experience in a similar capacity;
    – Working experience in international companies is an added advantage.
  • Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics
    – Possess good typing skills;
    – Ability to learn new systems quickly;
    – Able to multi task, juggle and prioritise multiple work demands;
    – Attention to detail is a must.
  • Key Requisites
    – Good command of spoken and written English and Khmer. Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage;
    – Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
    – Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills;
    – Possess team player qualities;
    – Ability to work independently with limited supervision;
    – Ability to prioritize and multi task;
    – Fast learner and worker with a strong service mind and &”can-do” attitude;
    – Mature, initiative, proactive, available and flexible.
