Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet both internal and external customers
  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to immediate Supervisor or Principal, or Sales and Marketing department for further investigation
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of any planned adjustments
  • Recommend improvements in products, or service and procedures to prevent future problems
  • Provide new staff with a time sheet template and a letter for opening a bank account

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Hotel and Hospitality, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
  • Able to write, read and speak English; Chinese is a plus
  • Work independence and self-management
  • Excellent teamwork and team building skills
  • Strong desire to learn and commit to his/her further development
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible
