Duties & Responsibilities
- Scanning to gather the information of the Dealer/Customers in Appointed Areas/Regions.
- Building the good relation with dealers/customers to make the closing sales.
- Controlling the Sales Target weekly to protect the Under-Achievement Target.
- Following the Sales Strategy and sales tactic to support sales team.
- Working corporately with Sales Supervisor to achieve the Sales Target monthly.
- Supporting the Dealers/Customers with Loyalty Program to improve the sales relation.
- Developing and pioneering Sales Development Channel to increase sales.
- Checking & controlling the Perishable Products Inventory, Shelf-Display-Stock at distributor’s outlet/store to protect out of stock.
- Other sales duties are pertained to sales department.
Qualification & Requirements
- BBA – Sales/Marketing major or equivalent.
- Ms. Office: Good in Word & Excel & Power-point.
- Experience: 1 – 2 years experiences in FMCG/DCG field.
- Health: Healthy & Strong.
- Mentality: Smart, Flexible and Leadership.
- Communication: Good Customer Relation & Communication.
- Performance: Effectively Result-Based.
- Benefit: 18 Annual Leave, National Holiday and other benefits (as Ministry’s Declaration Annually).
