Duties & Responsibilities
- Hire and train staff members.
- Manage and lead staff.
- Open and close the restaurant on time.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Overseeing general cleanliness of dining room and customer facing areas.
- Maintaining and rotating inventory and stock.
- Serving food and beverages to customers
- Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to.

- Experience working in the restaurant industry.

- Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and ability to adhere to quality standards for safety, sanitation and food handling.
