Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers
  • Issue invoice/issue quotation or receipt in ERP system
  • Prepare and arrange meeting with customers
  • Check and manage materials in office
  • Follow up leads by telephone and email to set up appointments
  • Allowance checking
  • Follow up and keep good relationship with customers
  • Prepare related documents
  • Other tasks that assigned by superiors

Qualification & Requirements

  • Friendly, honest, hard-working and willing to learn
  • Good command in English
  • Good communication skill
  • Strong personality and motivated
  • Good at PC skills
  • Has experience in customer service is plus
