Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for seeking new profitable sales opportunities; support existing customers with servicing needs, including new sales plus cross and up-sales couple with ensuring a safe, profitable, efficient and effective business.
- Actively seek new customer opportunities
- Actively promote our product and service offering, and raise the profile of Everpure and Pentair in the local environment
- Lead, motivate and develop all people working in and from the branch, and adhering to company’s goals, vision, values
- Actively call on existing customers to strengthen relationship and cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Demonstrate local Safety leadership, and ensure all maintain the highest safety standards.
Qualification & Requirements
- As a successful applicant you be a dedicated sales professional with proven sales experience, ideally with industrial products. You will possess an eagerness and energy to seize the initiative coupled with the ability to ‘manage upwards’. Having a strong business acumen, communication, and Negotiation and presentation skills will be key to your success as will excellent interpersonal and time management skills. Experience in construction and plumbing industries will be advantageous.
