Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receive booking form, issue booking fee receipt, and post booking fee
  • Update price list, and floor plan
  • Review and issue daily collection both local and oversea
  • Prepare bank statement to Accounting Department
  • Keep track deadline and follow up local and oversea outstanding payment
  • Issue and review invoice, penalty charge and termination letter
  • Other tasks assigned by management

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or year-4 student
  • 1-year experience as Teller, Cashier and Customer Service (No experience is also encourage to apply)
  • Good communication in English (Chinese is a plus)
  • Computer literacy
  • Problem Solving
