Training & Development

– Conduct TNA through survey, interview and/or consultation with related stakeholders

– Design, organize and direct trainings and orientation plan for employees

– Assist in developing training procedure or guidelines and course materials such as handouts and               related materials. etc

– Assist in organizing staff training session, workshop and other activities

– Monitor and record training activities and program effectiveness

– Prepare HR planning, budgeting and reporting

HR Support

– Provide daily secretarial and HR support services within HR department

– Assist in recruitment to provide qualified candidates for all vacancies including job ads, job fair,                networking, etc

– Participate in team goals and initiatives, offering innovative, constructive ideas to further the                      department’s retention

– Assist in handling HR administration which complies with the labor law



– Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin or related fields is preferred

– At least 2 years’ experience in training, training development or related experiences in recruitment,           labor compliance, or HR support is a plus

– Adapt to new and changing circumstances; strategize and make changes to ensure use of the most             efficient and effective practices

– Be communicative, disciplined, self-starter, creative thinking and good personality

– Be able to communicate in English both speaking and writing

– Good knowledge MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet access
