Duties & Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and offers solution, support, and recommending;
  • Manage/Organize and coordinate sales consultant schedules;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed & in order to achieved with sales target;
  • Maintain a good relationship with existing dealer by daily/weekly visit and recommending solutions;
  • Keep all customer’s confidential information;
  • Engage communication with SC (Sales Consultant) by providing support, SC rotation in dealer territories;
  • Find out key challenges and update competitor activity in the market;
  • Track performance team (application form & documents support);
  • Prepare report by collecting from SC submit to line manager;
  • Other tasks will be assigned by line manager.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree at Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fields;
  • At least 2 years working experience in sales field with dealers (Motorcycle);
  • Retain a track record of success in closing sales and deliver quality product;
  • Ability to learn about various products and share knowledge in a confident manner;
  • Proficiency in English language for both writing and speaking;
  • Be confident, flexible and creative;
  • Be able to work with high sense of confidentiality & effectively solve the problem;
  • Fair knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Email.

*** Benefit:

  • Salary (Negotiation);
  • Work from Monday to Saturday (Day Off: Sunday and 01-day rotation);
  • Working hour: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM;
  • 30$ per month for traveling from home to work;
  • 300$ for staff baby delivery both male staff and female staff;
  • 100$ for staff’s marriage;
  • 100$ for Funeral Contribution;
  • 200% Overtime on public holiday;
  • 18 days per year for Annual leave, 6 days sick leave, 7 days special leave, public holiday;
  • 50$ per staff/year on Outpatient Coverage and 50$ per child/ year;
  • 1 time per year on Annual Health Check with Private Hospital covered by company;
  • Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year);
  • Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben Bonus depend on company profit;
  • Staff’s lease with low interest rate;
  • Insurance NSSF and Motor Insurance covered by company;
  • HR compliance fee such as Workbook, Health Check up with Ministry of Labor;
  • Contract Type: Unfixed Duration Contract (UDC)
