Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and consolidate service team
  • Build and ensure communication and relationship of mechanic team
  • Insure day to day service operation and performance properly and professionally
  • Insure the target completion for shops
  • Involve to improve the products
  • Prepare and conduct trainings regarding products to dealers and partners
  • Prepare daily operation report of each shop
  • Prepare weekly and monthly income report of each shop

Qualification & Requirements

  • At leader 5 year experience as service manager
  • Graduate from qualified technical schools
  • Good leadership skill
  • Be opened mind
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good team work
  • Can work under pressure
