Service Manager 7 views

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plans and manages overall service operation and goals,
  • Ensures the compliance with Isuzu policies and measures related to the service deliveries,
  • Collects market information and analyzes service market and takes necessary actions to improve the service operation of the company,
  • Creates service marketing plan to promote the service operations of the company,
  • Establishes and maintains a good working relationship with customers,
  • Ensures customer satisfaction is met or exceeded the manufacture’s index,
  • Handles customer’s complaint,
  • Manages workshop schedule/assignment,
  • Provides instruction to technical team members,
  • Plans for necessary technical trainings to Service Advisor and Technician,
  • Ensures that all required technical publications, periodicals, bulletins, ect… are obtained, kept up-to-date and properly maintained,
  • Checks the quality when completing jobs & well manages the utility of the Workshop,
  • Control inventory for adequate supply to workshop/fleets and follow up spare parts delivery on time
  • Prepares monthly service reports to management and principle companies and
  • Promotes PDCA activities to ensure every area is improved.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Management, Automotive Engineering or other equivalent degree,
  • At least 5 year experiences in Automotive Service and Workshop Management, and another at least 2 years working experience in management position,
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Good Management and leadership skills,
  • Good customer service skills,
  • Good in English both speaking and writing,
  • Knowledge of Computer in Ms. Word & Excel, Power Point and Internet and Email,
  • Positive attitude and
  • Must have driving license.
