Duties & Responsibilities
- Be responsible for cleaning service equipment
- Arrange dirty equipment into washing rack and run through washing machine. Operate washing machine adhere to kitchen standards operating.
- Check hygiene equipment after running through washing machine. Store clean equipment adheres to kitchen standards operation.
- Be responsible for cleaning kitchen sections, store and organize clean kitchen equipment in efficiency manner.
- Perform daily cleaning basis and other cleaning assignment from chief cook in efficiency manner.
– Perform cleaning washing machine on regular basis (recommend 3 times per day : morning ,Lunch, Dinner)
– Perform cleaning kitchen floor and steward working area on regular basis. Ensure floor is always clean and dry.
– Perform cleaning trash bin after trash being collected.
- Attend internal department meetings, company training sections.
- Follow airport firefighting rules at all time.
- Be able to perform other task when being assigned by kitchen management personnel.
