- Book and issue tickets to customers.
- Prepare visa and passport.
- Handle all customers’ inquiries.
- Keep good relationship with suppliers and customers.
- Assist accounting department with following up the payment.
- Do other tasks assigned by superior.
- Bachelor’s degree in tourism and hospitality or other related fields.
- At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in ticketing.
- Good knowledge of GDS system such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
- Good command of English. Knowing Chinese is a plus.
- Computer literary (Word & Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email, etc.).
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Attention to details and good negotiation skills.
- Be a good team player and ability to work under pressure.
