  • Book and issue tickets to customers.
  • Prepare visa and passport.
  • Handle all customers’ inquiries.
  • Keep good relationship with suppliers and customers.
  • Assist accounting department with following up the payment.
  • Do other tasks assigned by superior.


  • Bachelor’s degree in tourism and hospitality or other related fields.
  • At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in ticketing.
  • Good knowledge of GDS system such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
  • Good command of English. Knowing Chinese is a plus.
  • Computer literary (Word & Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email, etc.).
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Good customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Attention to details and good negotiation skills.
  • Be a good team player and ability to work under pressure.
